Returns and Refunds Policy
At DAZZLA, we offer custom creations and standard models, all carefully designed to fulfill your desires.
Standard Products – Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customized Products – Returns
Each customized creation is made especially for you. Therefore, these items cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been placed. If you wish to make a change or have noticed an error in your order (size, color, design), contact us quickly via our Contact page or by private message on Instagram dazzla.art. We will do our best to help you if the order has not yet been manufactured.
Damaged Items
We pack our products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it is defective or broken. Issues related to packaging, such as slightly damaged boxes with no impact on the product, are not considered damage. Report any damaged items within 48 hours of delivery by sending a photo to dazzla.art@outlook.fr or via Instagram. We will assess the situation and offer a free replacement if applicable. Items damaged by normal wear and tear or misuse will not be replaced or refunded.
Policy Changes
DAZZLA reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to consult the most recent version before any purchase. By ordering and using our products, you accept this policy.
